Nutraflav 30-Day Taste & Quality Guarantee

Taste matters, we get it. 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your protein within 30 days of delivery, we’ll refund your full purchase price — no return required.

All we ask is that you send a quick note to info@nutraflav.com with your order number and a bit of feedback so we can keep improving.

Our guarantee applies to all orders, whether it’s your first or your fifth. However, to keep things fair for everyone, large or bulk orders (typically more than three bags of the same flavor) aren’t eligible for full refunds unless there’s a confirmed quality or fulfillment issue.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once approved.
