Vegan Chili with Nutraflav Pea Protein: A Hearty, High-Protein Meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Nutraflav unflavored pea protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro and avocado slices for topping

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.

  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another minute.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and black beans. Bring to a simmer.

  4. Gradually stir in Nutraflav pea protein powder, letting it fully incorporate into the chili.

  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes to meld the flavors together.

  6. Serve with fresh cilantro and avocado slices on top.
