Protein-Packed Banana Bread with Nutraflav Pea Protein Powder

 

Banana bread doesn’t have to be just a sweet treat — with Nutraflav pea protein powder, it can be a high-protein snack! This protein banana bread is moist, delicious, and offers a satisfying protein punch, making it a great option for breakfast or a midday snack!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop Nutraflav vanilla pea protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • A pinch of salt

  • Optional: walnuts or chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the eggs, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Nutraflav vanilla pea protein powder, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed. Fold in any optional mix-ins like walnuts or chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
