Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the eggs, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
